This event was organized by <strong>ACCI\u00d3 <\/strong>and the <strong>Tarragona Port Authority<\/strong>, with the collaboration of <strong>Tarragona Impulsa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2268\" src=\"https:\/\/sominnport.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/2-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sominnport.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/2-1.jpg 640w, https:\/\/sominnport.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/2-1-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>M\u00f2nica Boquera of ACCI\u00d3 and Valle Mellado of Tarragona Impulsa, explained the different lines of help and support for innovation, entrepreneurship and startups.<\/p>\n<p>In continuation, Sergi Mora of ACCI\u00d3 encouraged participants to reflect on the essential phases for the creation and growth of a startup: Traction, marketing and sales, systematization and equipment.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-2271\" src=\"https:\/\/sominnport.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/3.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"643\" height=\"483\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sominnport.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/3.jpg 1237w, https:\/\/sominnport.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/3-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/sominnport.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/3-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/sominnport.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/3-1024x768.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 643px) 100vw, 643px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This workshop served: to encourage entrepreneurship, to familiarize with the four phases necessary to create and nurture a startup, in order to generate benefits in a sustainable and predictable way, and to learn to accelerate a startup, avoiding errors and prioritizing efforts wherever needed.<\/p>\n<p>The messages delivered in this workshop are useful not only for the generation of a startup but also for applying them to other aspects of work and personal life.<\/p>\n<p>We thank ACCI\u00d3 for facilitating this workshop, Tarragona Impulsa for their collaboration in the organization, Sergi Mora for his effective work as a coach and all the participants for lending their time to this experience.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>16<sup>th<\/sup> of October 2019<\/p>\n<p>Studies and Innovation Department<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Within the framework of the activities of the open innovation cycle of Som-Inn Port, Ecosystem of Innovation of the Port of Tarragona, on 7 October, at the Teatret del Serrallo, we carried out a motivating workshop Startup Rut4.
