The contents of the conference can be accessed at the following <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/live\/YU2tRA5RXLY?si=zsiV8jpTGVTuS9Cj\"><strong>link<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Following the opening speech by Rub\u00e9n Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez, President of the Port Authority of Castell\u00f3n, and a presentation by Francisco Toledo, Director of the Chair, the talk \u201c<strong>Digitalization of Ports: From Data to Knowledge<\/strong>\u201d by Jaime Luezas, Head of the Services Area in the Port Community of Puertos del Estado, kicked off the day. The event continued with the <strong>presentation of six projects from the Ports 4.0 call that use AI<\/strong> to improve various aspects that will bring competitive advantages to ports.<\/p>\n<p>These projects include <strong>Guardian Ilot<\/strong>, which improves predictive and preventive maintenance, safety and productivity of equipment operating in terminals, by SIBRE Brakes Spain; <strong>OCR Disruption<\/strong>, which tracks and identifies cargo assets anywhere, regardless of the type of load, from AllRead Machine Learning Technologies; <strong>Sirena<\/strong>, which monitors and analyzes dynamic risks for the security of assets and operation in a smart port, from Grupo NUNSYS; <strong>Simu-Port<\/strong>, which optimises logistics and port operations for RO-PAX traffic through simulation hybridisation and artificial intelligence, from ISOIN, and <strong>Compass+<\/strong>, which provides real-time information and reliable and accurate predictions of docked vessel operating conditions and interference with port traffic, from SIPORT XXI.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-11076 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/sominnport.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/foto2-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/sominnport.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/foto2-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/sominnport.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/foto2.jpg 567w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Presentation of the Simu-Port project, by Manuel Bada, from the company TMV.<\/p>\n<p>The event continued with presentations on <strong>security and smart ports<\/strong>.
