The tug can be controlled from a remote location via a joystick\u00a0 and a touch screen. Technologies such as digital twins are being used in addition to data analysis tools to maximize the efficiency of tug\u2019s control and response. Being controlled remotely allows the operator to have a greater view of the vessel\u2019s environment by combining information from different sources into a global view.
