Project description
Using the Portchain online platform, customers can monitor the operational situation on the docks. The platform collects real-time scheduling data on ship arrival and handling, including the docking assignment, cargo management, arrival time and real-time docking number.
Users quickly receive information about current and scheduled operations as well as service statistics.
Project objective
Enable terminal agents to allocate resources more efficiently to improve decision-making in terminals.
