The CAT SUD Investment Forum is an initiative promoted together with the Tarragona City Council, the Reus City Council, the Tarragona Provincial Council, the Rovira i Virgili University and ACCIÓ.
On March 16th the 6th edition of this Forum was held at the Palau Firal i de Congressos de Tarragona.
The CAT SUD Investment Forum aims to facilitate the contact of entrepreneurs from the Camp de Tarragona, Terres de l’Ebre and Baix Penedès, who have viable innovative projects with growth potential, with private investors.
SOM-INN PORT attended this event in order to discover new startups and learn about their business ideas and new business projects in different sectors.
The startups that participate are selected in advance for their growth potential and economic viability.
This Forum provides a meeting place for the entrepreneurial and investment ecosystem in Southern Catalonia, and is a good opportunity for networking while analyzing the attractiveness and investment possibilities of new startups in the region.
A total of six startups presented their business projects in search of funding: SUCCIPRO, NOAH, TRIVIA EXPLORE, KOMPY, MUSIC&VIEWS and eHealhAI.

Round Table
A round table on “Territorial initiatives for the promotion of emerging companies” was also held, with the participation of Startsud Studio, T-Valley, EconomistesBAN, and Grup Gomà-Camps.
