Within the framework of the activities of the open innovation cycle of Som-Inn Port, Ecosystem of Innovation of the Port of Tarragona, on 7 October, at the Teatret del Serrallo, we carried out a motivating workshop Startup Rut4. This event was organized by ACCIÓ and the Tarragona Port Authority, with the collaboration of Tarragona Impulsa.
Mònica Boquera of ACCIÓ and Valle Mellado of Tarragona Impulsa, explained the different lines of help and support for innovation, entrepreneurship and startups.
In continuation, Sergi Mora of ACCIÓ encouraged participants to reflect on the essential phases for the creation and growth of a startup: Traction, marketing and sales, systematization and equipment.
This workshop served: to encourage entrepreneurship, to familiarize with the four phases necessary to create and nurture a startup, in order to generate benefits in a sustainable and predictable way, and to learn to accelerate a startup, avoiding errors and prioritizing efforts wherever needed.
The messages delivered in this workshop are useful not only for the generation of a startup but also for applying them to other aspects of work and personal life.
