Som-Inn Port Innovation Agents have participated in the 4YFN Connecting Startups, which in the framework of the Mobile World Congress was held in Barcelona on February 25-27.
During the Agora session of Som-Inn Port on November 28th 2018, the most active Innovation Agents were awarded for their efforts during the development of the co-innovation phase through the Design Thinking in the open innovation pilot cycle, giving the opportunity to participate in the 4YFN.
The award winners were: Anna Navarro from the APT, Núria Bordas from the APT, David Diestre from PROACIT, Yolanda Anguera from FEAT, Marina Almazán from DP WORLD, Juan Martí from ESTARRACO and Cristina Prats from SORIGUÉ.
4YFN is an international meeting that connects startups with potential investors. It is a business platform that generates opportunities and facilitates the construction of ideas and the consolidation of relationships between those involved.
This meeting allows investors, startups, corporations and public institutions to discover, create and plan their future.
In addition, 4YFN gives you the opportunity to speak with experts from different professional areas in the Meet the Advisor space. You can also attend conferences by high-level experts and participate in different workshops.
4YFN is a great opportunity to network and learn from all the experts and entrepreneurs from different professional areas which take part.
More than 760 companies present their proposals. Of these, 600 are emerging firms, 220 state based and 120 Catalan based. With all this, more than 21,000 attendees from more than 136 different countries are expected.
Concepts such as entrepreneurship, innovation or talent are present in 4YFN, this year with a special space for artificial intelligence and the blockchain.
It is considered that this edition of the 4YFN is the most social one because how technology can end up having a positive impact on society is discussed.
The award-winning innovation agents have positively valued this experience, which has served to continue strengthening the culture of innovation in the Port of Tarragona.
